I want all of it. Your sleepy mumbling. Your drunken embarrassment. Your silly faces. Your anger. Your dance moves. Your anxiety. Your apologies. Your sadness. Your stern looks. Your claustrophobia. Your exasperated tone. Your frustrations. Your past. I want all of it. I want all of you.

not to be a downer but your twenties are super hard and super lonely and tv lied and it’s not glamorous at all and if you are having a hard time it’s ok and it’s normal and you’ll be ok

i’m slowly learning that to make a relationship last you gotta find someone who makes you want to be better in every aspect. not an unattainable need, but an urge that keeps you on your toes. for them. for you. for a future. find someone who can calm anger with a warm smile, then make sure it never goes cold. someone who can see through to anyone’s truth and instill hope. a bright light and a kind soul behind eyes that magically make me melt. you should never settle for anything less. it’s better to be alone than caught with empty feelings. we’re young, growing, learning what we need out of life. a partner should only support that and grow with you. seeing the potential and pushing each other to reach it. anyone that makes you feel any less are distractions.
